Uji Moon's organic matcha is pesticide-free, additive-free, coloring-free, and fragrance-free. Organic matcha powder carefully stone-ground from tencha leaves. It has a rich aroma reminiscent of young leaves, a sweet and smooth texture with no bitterness, and a pleasant flavor. You can enjoy it as either strong or light tea.
How to use: Sift 2-3g of matcha into a warmed tea bowl using a tea strainer. Gently pour in 80-85℃ hot water and stir quickly and evenly with a whisk. Gently move your wrist to create a "w" shape while whisking, and then gently draw the "no" character on the surface and pull up the whisk.
Storage method: Avoid high temperatures and humidity, store tightly closed after opening, and consume as soon as possible.
